ABOUT US
TOOR4 is a brand established in the summer of 2016. It officially entered the market at the end of the same year, following an extraordinary merger between COMANGOM Srl and NVM Srl. The project was launched with the goal of combining expertise, experience, and resources to deliver innovative, high-value services.
Recently, TOOR4 underwent a full acquisition by the Canadian multinational ANMAR Mechanical and Electrical Contractors LTD, already reckoned as part of the GROSSI Group of Companies. Consequently, TOOR4 is now a single-member limited liability company (SRL – Ltd, short for Limited).
The primary objective is to align and consolidate TOOR4’s distinctive capabilities with those of renowned international players, like ANMAR it is.
TOOR4 adopted a structure organization synergistic and hierarchical-functional to allocate approximately fifty full-time employees. The quality standard of supplies and services offered is ensured by the dedication to work, experience, and professionalism of its team.
ESTABLISHMENT
Many of the activities of prefabrication and calibration of the construction and reconstruction processes, are carried out in an equipped area with a workshop of 8000 square meters, located in a strategic position in the industrial area of Taranto, a short distance from the steel center, from the merchant port and the railway hub.

Mobile mast, CNC lathes 1500 x 8000, CNC boring machines, calendering machines, CNC milling machines, vertical drills of different sizes, large radial drills, shears, bending machines, sandblasting booth, painting booth, plasma/oxyfuel pantograph, laser cutting, submerged arc welding, heat treatment furnace, portable boring machine max 1800mm diameter, dynamic balancing machine (max load 52 ton x 12,000).

The Company operates in full compliance with the rules to protect the safety and health of staff and environmental quality, entrusting third parties with the control according to the laws.
- “DNV BUSINESS ASSURANCE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM CERTIFICATE" certifies that TOOR4 complies with the requirements for the Standard for Management Systems UNI-EN-ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001.
- “RINA SERVICES” certified that TOOR4 complies with the EN1090-1 requirements (EXC1, EXC2, EXC3).
